Election Fever

Serbia is celebrating an election which brings the progressive, pro-Western party to power and signals a real shift away from Milosovic's former regime.

Let's hope the outcome of our own election can be celebrated with as much vigour. What would it take? Nothing less than a Conservative defeat.
